If something drops or goes wrong
Yes. Every package includes a refill window of 30–90 days depending on tier. If your delivered amount drops within that window, we top it back up at no extra charge.
If an order hasn't started yet, we can cancel and refund it. Once delivery is underway, refills apply rather than cash refunds. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Contact support with your order number and a note about the drop. We'll verify it against your refill window and top the delivery back up.
